What I've noticed is that liberal Californians will flee their state because of some natural consequence of liberalism but they ALWAYS go to the state capital of wherever they wind up. Why? to work in government or some sort of company or non profit related to the government through work or lobbying. It doesn't matter if they head to Texas or Indiana they'll wind up in Austin or Indianapolis 9 times out of 10.
