Here is something most of you probably didn't know. The goal is 'replacement migration'. This is not the first time niggers and sandniggers fled their countries by the millions. I usually drink about 2-3 cups a day. Although when cutting it's up to around 5 cups. Black coffee, in my opinion, is one of the greatest tools for weight loss since it suppresses your appetite like crazy. I'm getting really good results with intermittent fasting and nothing but black coffee.

I've been doing intermittent fasting for probably a year now. I started it to combat hypoglycemia and diabetes as it helps increase glucose sensitivity. Also it helps with improved brain function.
