Most nigs live in underserved areas with value businesses few and far between. Have you driven through some black neighborhoods? They're filled with empty parking lots, shuttered buildings and extremely expensive infrastructure to serve cars going at 45 mph through them. Look at examples like Glenwood Park in Atlanta as successful walkable neighborhoods. There are even better examples out there, you just have to look.
American suburbs (not unlike vaccines) are an example of an idea being too successful for its own good. Just as vaccines eliminating disease lead to the anti-vax movement, suburbs successfully isolated whites from the horrors of living with minorities for three generations now. See back in the 1940s and 50s whites fled to suburbs and built communities that only people with cars (read: money) could live in. Unfortunately this worked so well we now have people who forgot that the reason their ancestors fled was to escape the crime. Yes, cities work great when their populations are people, but when 45% of the populations are literally mentally retarded and unable to form a civil society, it just spoils it for the rest of them. Cities do not work in America, and will never again work in America, and depending on Norwary's immigration policy, may stop working for you.

The difference is that I want government to seperate between a road and a street. Because today, cities build something called a stroad, a street-road hybrid. It's roads like pic related, build at highway standards to move large volumes of traffic between neighborhoods, while at the same time attempting some wealth creation. They're enormously expensive to build, and they're extremely low yielding investments. Norway is a suburbanized country, and I actively try to talk some sense into the planners and engineers I work with. Here, just like in the US, there is a huge belief that moving cars fast is the number one priority, all the safety and cost problems be damned!
