What difference does geography make? Middle Easterners are as white as Greeks; you wouldn't know if someone is Syrian or Greek unless you heard them speak. 1. I don't think jews (or other semites for that matter) look identical to greeks, (some) greeks may look like swarthy meds, but skull shape and face traits are almost always recognisable.
