The reason Canada and the United States are the most successful Nations in the western hemisphere is because of our culture. The English were simply better empire builders than the Spanish and the Portuguese. English culture, much like the rest of protestant northern Europe during the era of colonization, prized the ideas and values of the Enlightenment. The Catholic nations of southern Europe held these ideas and values at a greater distance. Lose weight or put on some bulk. Lose glasses or get glasses as a fashion accessory. Take care of your skin, practice good hygiene, stay in shape, learn to dress well. And yes I'm suggesting there isn't a utopia because no one has been able to figure out a way where people can pursue their individual top priority interest, so the system is trying to balance itself out taking into account the individual IQ of every user under the currently programmed parameters (where different things are little cheat codes: money, emotional manipulation, physical violence, desire to procreate, fear of death, etc etc.) In this individual scenario IQ are all the mental qualities the individual has and ability to use different set of mental internal tools to deal with situations, there is also physical counterpart, ability to deal with situations using your body. But literally no one has figured out how to include all of the interests... that's why there isn't a utopia yet.

There are countless examples of effective mass public brainwashing. I believe it is possible for the brightest to quite literally control the rest through subversion and propaganda. Keep them docile and in order like parents at a playground. The parents only need to step in when the public veers off course such as when Kim Kardashian dies, or when some sportsball team loses a big event, or when some other stressor comes up.
The low IQ populous must be lead. They crave direction and hate to think on their own.

i think culture is more heavily influenced by the people who generate it than the other way around. so even if you try to graft american or western european culture onto another ethnic group you'll never get them to be as successful as ethnic europeans because they simply don't have the capacity for it.
