I'm a HS teacher. I have a direct interface with the learning process of these kids. There are smart, self-sufficient ones but I see le 56% meme everywhere. The gap between the socially savvy and the soft, obese, and the weak is shocking.
Teaching is filled with women. As a male teacher, how can I redpill the next gen (within the scope of the role)?

Teach them to explore alternate sources and to question orthodoxy. Draw parallels between old church priests and media/science authority figures of present day. Present a few cases of “settled science” being btfo by really making people see the world through the lens of the previous belief.

What would you recommend parents do to make their kids succeed? Red pilling them early in life? Obviously putting them in school with 95% or more white kids. Also private school seems better.

Hindu Indians come out on top, every time. Parents are doctors, oldest in med school, violin classes etc. Paki kids parents have a takeaway and don't really seem to give a shit because they'll work in the family business. My school is English majority, you have a few smart kids of civil servants and middle class and then the working class. Former seems "uni bound', latter is early grave-tier or they want to do trades like mechanics, which I try to integrate. The class divide is very real, but they're all capable of being shits.
Grammar. Teach them to explicate a sentence. Every word has a place and meaning which changes with where it is placed. To construct and deconstruct language. Language forms reality. I don't know how literature came to dominate English classes but grammar, logic, rhetoric - the trivium disciplines the mind and frustrates the stupid.

Are you able to choose any of the subject matter? That's a pretty good subject to be able to lead discussions in. Maybe one focus can be on the students learning to deconstruct the persuasive rhetoric in things they read (e.g. for homework find a news article and identify the elements of language that are used to convince the reader).
Maybe you can do one of those bait-and-switches where the students are asked to pick a side they want to argue and submit the idea, then they're made to do the assignment representing the opposite side.
Redpill, but also teach them to think for themselves. You can't be around forever. Tell why Communism and Socialism can never work. Tell them the groups of people that control you are the the one to can't criticize. Tell them that some conspiracies are true and tell them about M.K. Ultra which the US government talked publicly about. I will be back later.
Well, this is what I've been thinking about - we've had Animal Farm, 1984 and Brave New World on the curriculum since before I was in born, and yet here we are today. You can't get too political either, maybe that's the reason - they unironically cannot put 2 + 2 together.

It's literature, so you are technically fulfilling your duty, and you can talk about history too, which is exactly how LotR is intended to be read.

Not done this myself yet, but I remember when I did it in school it was British tabloids and picking out the right-wing language used to scapegoat and discriminate. Can't discriminate!

Simply being a masculine mentor to the students is probably just as much of a redpill as any subject matter. When I think back to teachers I looked up to I don't really remember the specific assignments or ideas they presented, but mainly that I admired the way they carried themselves and aspired to that myself.
Tell them to quit school and travel the world. They will learn ten times more than high school, and also have a blast.
