For instance, tariffs designed to promote a production economy located and staffed inside of the nation, while also allowing for the worker to generate a decent standard of living in their chosen career (not referring to entry level service jobs, but to manufacturing, agricultural and other such important jobs). So the government would create a fair marketplace for businesses and it's workers, but after that, it would be free to produce and sell at it's own discretion.

yes this is correct. and i don't even need citizenship. i can just go there tomorrow and buy a house. this is basically the only good thing with the EU. however, natives there communicate in their own languages and it wont be that easy for me to assimilate

So long as you learn the language and respect the customs, it should be simple to assimilate.
