Alex may spurr a change in property rights and freedom of speech as to how they interact. While I don't like that these social media companies have banned him, I don't like the government telling these corporations that they can't ban him. So, SCOTUS is going to have to dust off the Constitution and decide if these companies acting alone or in the aggregate have comprised what is now the "public square"... His speech would be protected in the public square. Expansion of the realm of public square will protect speech, but put the squeeze on property rights. Either way, it is going to be shitty.
