Well I personally would take a more egalitarian approach to using this tech. I was waiting for them to do endless research on genetic IQ differences and then re-realize they're not evenly distributes across groups. They've been doing mad science about IQ and genetics for years. It's only one step away from saying races are different because each are genetically different.

I agree. And it seems the best egalitarian approach is for this tech to be subsidize heavily by the gov't. Imo, low IQ parents should receive this free, and be heavily encouraged to do so by society.
