Fascism isn't being violent to people with different opinions. It's, as I said, a reactionary movement against the far Left (i.e. not the Leftist Antifa) with appeals to traditionalism and the fear of a common enemy (for more information, look up Ur-Fascism by Umberto Eco).
Calling Antifa fascist is what I suspect is the result of alt-right (almost definitely a fascist/proto-fascist movement) propaganda to convince people that fascism isn't right wing by definition. No offense if that's what you actually believe.
