That was a show that compiled a bunch of very obscure conspiracy theories, a lot of them not even theories and put them together for entertainment. I don't think it was disinfo I think it was a sheltered scriptwriter who loved the intrigue and fantasy of the idea of a political underworld and saw the artistic potential in the conspiracy theories but admitted they didn't believe any of them, because they hadn't likely researched them in depth but got the feel of them. It was pretty fucking weird how as you, bold, it was with some of the stuff they put in there. The writer team obviously made a team compile conspiracy theories from the internet and fit them together like a jigsaw and see what made for the best entertainment and it was probably done quite fast but they didn't realize how it was getting too close to true shit like the school shooting scene was an opaque reference to the dunblane massacre being a coverup to silence kids abused by politicians - the shooter was a freemason (confirmed), possibly high ranking.

Good points, I agree with the idea that the show was seemingly pieced together by a team trawling the internet for a ton of conspiracy theories and attempting to weave it into a single narrative. I always approached the idea of their "illuminati" as critical because they kind of portrayed the group as "good", saving the planet, green energy type of shit etc. But if this team sorta just took every conspiracy they could find, not putting too much weight in any sort of stance or belief (or just doubting all of them simply) it would explain how they portrayed the "illuminati" that way in the show.

I think their portrayal of the torture scenes in the show and how science and psychology and trauma is used on a legitimate scientific level to "program" people was pretty fucking great. The vaccine idea and false flag sicknesses to distribute them was interesting, too. No pedo shit, but that's alright...they still touched on some good shit.
