He created this world for all of those conditioned souls who decided to forget God or to live in forgetfulness aka ignorance of God !
Now.
When all these conditioned souls come together in this world , all of a sudden there is a vacuum in the position of God here. So this creates a great strife for the position of God amongst so many innumerable living entities existing in this realm of Maya.
This explains why everything gets fucked up.
