This. There is also some confusion - there is no such thing as a no carb diet though. What you want to look for is zero net-carbs. If you eat something that has as many grams of fiber as it has carbohydrates, it counts as zero net carbs. I mean shit like celery and lettuce has carbs - they aren’t complex carbs but they are still carbs, but the fiber outweighs it. I did this a few years ago and lost a lb a week not even trying. I had broken a foot a month earlier and couldn’t walk or exercise. Also its important to completely eliminate artificial sweeteners and sugars, and try to dial back natural fruit sugars as much as possible. Also this isn’t Jow Forums related so sage.
