In my opinion, each side tends to have different intelligence levels at different tiers of the hierarchy. >Tier 1 The dumbest people tend to be conservative, because conservatism is all about self preservation, the most basic instinct. The important thing to note is that each tier can vote either left or right wing. Liberals can vote red and conservatives can vote blue. It all depends.
