Is it true that Chinese Companies are corrupt by design?

I've read somewhere the Chinese companies are required by law to act as 'agents of the state' which basically means they have to do whatever the communist party tells them to do.

The implication of this is that a Chinese company could install security cameras or some sort of secure system for a government in another country, and the Chinese communist party would have full access to it.

In the above case, if a Chinese company were to become the sole energy supplier for a foreign company or region, couldn't the Chinese government just shut it down whenever they want?

How corrupt are Chinese companies?

everything is

How much does the CCP pay you senpai

Well my buddy (mainland chink) worked at a big 4 audit firms for China companies.

He said all the statutory records (who the directors are, who actually effectively controls the company by shares etc) are all bullshit. Like the documentation is there but it utterly meaningless.

So take that as what you will.

Chinese people in general are trying to get as much capital as they can out of the country. this place is toxic for business and it all starts when the state knows how much you earn.

All dictators and fascism are and always corrupt
even your Pope in middle age still do

No check and balance no democracy = corruption by automatically even here in Thailand where our government try to say "Corruption is Bad" but everybody still do it

Yes, it is true. Told to me by a Chinese national when I worked a summer job for a Chinese machine sale company.

Ask yourself. Would communists let companies not be corrupt and malleable to the will of the state? It's a cancer and the only chemo is to stop doing business with chinks. It's one hundred percent possible and one thousand percent more profitable in the long run.

If they did this, the host country would send troops in to turn it back on. I am not worried about a foreign power controlling my infrastructure unless they use it to wage war against us.

I'm just a westerner in China. This is one of the few sites that isn't blocked

Well damn now I kinda feel bad that I may have put you on a watch list

Daddy Xi is at my door with a fresh debt trap

It isn't blocked? Do you use a pass?

this WiFi seems to let me on, maybe because I'm on a western device idk

China is literally corporatist/fascist, don’t let the commie buzzwords fool you, that’s just something they have to incorporate for the sake of continuity of the regime.

Stay safe user. Don’t let Xi Chow Mein tell you what to do

Yes.

you know this doesn't work, right?

Let's not even talk about the ghost cities.... but yea if you get rich in china there is a good chance you sucked some commie party dick to get there

>A converted 24-seat bus, the execution van keeps the appearance of a normal police van on the outside with no markings indicating its purpose. The rear of the vehicle houses a windowless chamber where the execution takes place. Several cameras are present and feed closed-circuit televisions in the front of the van; a recording can be made if desired. The bed itself slides out of the wall under its own power, on which the convicted person is strapped down. A syringe is put into the arm by a technician and a police official administers the injection by pressing a button

>corruption
They dont even call it that. Culturally it isnt corruption to them. In some industries there is only a 10-15% savings by building in china. Razor thin and they know it. China economy wil be in free fall within a decade when the next gen of automation ramps up.

Its entirely true. Its also true that ordinary chinese citizens are often loyal to the homeland when they move to other countries.
This is exactly how they are attacking the US. Indirectly, through shell companies

Back in the cold war when tel-ocms were mostly landlines, there was some phone connections facility in the USSR that was putting in Japanese components. They had the manufacturer send tech guys to install the equipment, but the CIA/NSA had gotten to the Japanese and had them modify the system so US spooks could shut it down, and with it the Soviet early warning missle system.

Ah yes the magic runes to fight CCP shills. They DO work.

Yes. Also all Chinese "immigrants" are invader sleeper soldiers or outright spies

Does it work or does it not?

I’ll take off my flag to say you are a fucking idiot, a foreign country controlling our power grid for any period of time longer than a second is retarded

unironically this lmao, dont underestimate the insect infestation, Tyranids are a threat to us all

Yes, it is entirely true. But, like another user said, they don't exactly see it as "corruption" the way you and I would. It's not bad, per set, it's mostly just the difference of generations upon generations of breeding in a different value system.

But you should definitely ask yourself why it's okay for the Chinese to do whatever they can/want.

>How corrupt are Chinese companies?
Stupidity is also a problem.

you know his a chink right is my guess

Obviously not

In China you have no rule of law. The authorities themselves are behind much of the crime. It's probably the most corrupt place on the face of the earth.
