Women were allowed to vote 73 years ago in Italy though. So it's not enough

Haven't heard of that

and that's a good thing

notice how they don't actually say what's wrong with it

You know it's bullshit when they omit the supposed offense. All this tweet is missing is a bullshit number that coincidentally starts with '6'.

go back to bed, mario.

Your correct. It’s not ok. It’s fucking wonderful. Italy your giving me hope the west can be saved.

WISH WE COULD TURN BACK TIME

whats going to change???

So which one of the following is in this law pastafarians?

>The man's life savings is no longer forfeit to someone who brought a life saving's worth of debt to a relationship.

>The woman will now be penalized for breaking the marriage contract by cheating in terms of real world assets.

I figure it has to be along the lines of one or the other.

ITS HAPPENING!!!
KNIGHTS TEMPLAR JUST FLEW OVER MY HOUSE

TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS

>appeal to emotion without stating what is actually going on
more wording kikery.

government will try to get more equality. kids will have to stay exactly 50% with mom and 50% with dad. no child support, parents pay for kid's needs when they have them. if one parent can not afford, the other parent will pay. directly, no money transfers.

>This is NOT ok
You're right, they should be set back 100 years, at the very least.

I honestly don't know, apparently Bezos is not rich enough to run WaPo without a fucking paywall.

Okay, how can I send money to this Salvini guy who is saving the western world?

Here's why that should scare you (and that's a good thing)

>Only 50 years
Should be a hundred years.

Oh so no stealing from one parent or the other or barring kids from seeing their parents? And women are against that? Evil cunts.

Wow that sounds super fair. It's almost like those against this have some sort of malicious agenda.

Leftists and this creepy progress clock of theirs.

This

>Both parents should have equal stay time with the child
>They both share the costs of the child
>If one can't bare half of the costs, the other would pay directly the remaining part, eliminating the spouse check

How can this be not good and egalitarian?

it's obviously fair, but women complain since 50%+ of italian women are housewives. if there is a divorce, they will have no job to support the kid, not much job opportunities since italian job market is shit, and they will rely on whatever the ex-husband can pay...which i assume will work out anyway since it will be split custody and the dad has no option but to pay for kid's needs , like before. so it's closer to what it was before divorce.

also it will be a lot stricter when it comes to "badmouthing", as in one parent trying to badmouth the other parent to turn kid against them, common in divorces. if law passes, you can lose custody if you do this.

basically, laws will force parents to work together to raise the kid instead of fucking eachother over like divorced couples often do.

Based Mario.

when the news start by saying what you should think about it...

>the washington post is not giving an opinion, it is merely reporting on the opinion of critics

of course by choosing to listen to the critics rather then the proponents of the legislation it is as if the WP is telling you what to think directly. How is this journalism?

italy is doing this, because the over population by immigrants is breaking down all social and familial order, actually its intended purpose. as we all know on pol.

>Washington Post
How about stay out of Italy's internal affairs, you seppo cunts.

>basically, laws will force parents to work together to raise the kid instead of fucking eachother over like divorced couples often do.

That's what the generation of my parents have been doing. Kids with divorced parents were seen as pitifully as orphans back in elementary and middle school.

Man, I hope Italy gets its shit together. I'm having so much hope for Salvini's party. Even a ítalo-brazilian catholic guy got elected by Lega. As soon as I got my second citizenship I'm gonna vote for him.

nah, only eastern europe will be safe

Good lucky Italy, the Anglo countries are wrecked presently in 2018.

>Women's Rights

>(((women's rights))) to destroy a man's life vs. real equality
Roasties meltdown in 3 2 1

>This is NOT ok.
It sounds amazing.

It's not OK because it's not far enough!

My great grandparents actually had to come to America from Italy to get a divorce

.......but all of that is unironically a good thing

it's also best for the child

>a russky caring for women rights in Relublica Italiana
>who being cuckolded by Mexicans and Arabs at World Cup

That’s some level 11 cuckoldry.

Assuming your current system works like ours does, it means that she can no longer child support money on useless shit for herself.

>repubiica italiana
Fix*

The bill would
>enforce co parenting instead of mothers as primary parent
>abolish child support
>make payments on child behalf go to the actual items in question and not to the spouse

I couldn't be more happy with this bill. Q
A great leap forward.

A small step for a Mario - a giant leap for humanity

Fix your fix.

this

Isn't Italian divorce law already pretty good?

Critics? Ah yes... (((those))) things.

Divorce is not the answer, it just treats the symptoms.

>The bill’s supporters contend that this would make child support obsolete, but the left-leaning opposition and women’s groups fear that the bill would harm women.
>Because women with children struggle to find stable employment, critics argue that the abolition of child support would raise the poverty rate among divorced mothers and could make them unable to provide for their children. Critics fear that the bill could encourage women to stay in abusive marriages rather than opting for a divorce with no child support.
>Critics worry that claims of PAS could be used to strip custody from mothers or even be used in court to deflect attention from abusive parents. Evidence from the United States also suggests that PAS has been disproportionately used against women: According to a 2017 examination of 238 U.S. court cases involving alienation claims, fathers not only made the vast majority of alienation claims but also won their cases at a much higher rate than women making claims against men.
>all this toastie roastie screeching

Sounds like someone understands the problem.
