Well, since it's completely outside of their jurisdiction: zero. Different law enforcement agencies have different jurisdictions, the FBI doesn't have carte blanche to just investigate all crimes anywhere. There's an argument to be made that some federal agency could investigate it as part of a background investigation, but it would just be asking her and him and it wouldn't necessarily be the FBI.
