It COULD be treason. Treason is the only crime defined in the Constitution. The Founders did this so that the definition couldn't be changed by judges or Congressmen.
It is defined as "levying war against the United States" and/or "aiding and abetting a power which is levying war against the United States". This is a pretty broad scope.

For example, the Rosenbergs were charged and convicted of treason for attempting to transfer US nuclear secrets to the Soviets, and executed by electric chair. However, we were not actually in a formally declared war with the Soviets when this happened. Could attempting to circumvent the democratic will of the American public by subverting and undermining the orders of a democratically elected Executive be considered treason? Maybe. There's not really a legal precedent for what is happening right now.
