If you must use twitter, use a VPN and only create shill accounts.

Also most accounts made thru Tor where banned quite fast and you can't use timed mail accounts as they check if they still exist.

>New Throwaway email
>Restart rooter/get new IP
>Fire up VPN to feel extra secure
>Now you can create a new account

It will most likely get flagged for spam after you start refollowing Accounts so you need a phone number

I tried to make a twitter account just so I could tweet at local food trucks to see where they would be for lunch, but twitter wanted my phone number. None of the text verification sites works, and neither did google voice.

Not giving my real phone number, and I don't care about twitter enough to go to best buy to buy a tracphone.
