It's not really a good thing in my opinion. There's so much fucking room here that planners just said fuck it and everyone has a lot of space that looks ugly in my opinion.
When I went to the UK the houses were nice to look at and were really close together, I like that more than having ugly mcmansions with paper thin walls where you can hear everything and ugly amounts of space between everything.
