There are plenty of criminals ( not in the murdering sense, but in mentality). Noone has trouble beating, bullying or blackmailing someone else. If youre not offensive or asslicker, you wont get far. Median wage is 300 dollars.

Depends on the city you live, it is more or less the same but now everything is centered around the capital and there is a lot more work places to find there; If you are in any other city 80% of the average to high paid job u can find is IT-related; customer service or a waiter. Because it is a post-communist country that didn't change much for the last 30 years the salary on a state jobs like doctors, teachers(even university lectors) or positions in the municipality has often been close to the minimal salary for the country, yet there have been some improvements in regards to that in the recent years. Still often you can observe some jobs in the private sectors as waiters or cooks getting paid higher than doctors etc. Also not a good place to be a journalist, because it is a country very low-ranked in terms of free speech.
