why aren't Japanese considered white? They certainly have white skin etc and have high IQs. I think they are the whites of asia, they also have a white culture. I think mixing with them would be totally okay.

Because white is an English word invented in America to differentiate whites from blacks. "Whiteness" disappears the moment niggers do. Therefore "white" doesnt refer to skin color as much as it refers to the historic opposites of the British Colonists and Niggers. At least in the context of the Japanese, their natural skin colors can be about the same as many Europeans, even very pale, but most of the Japanese appear to have skin tones that would appear somewhat tan to begin with, in Europe, many even olive skinned. The Japanese have skin tones more similar to Mediterranean peoples than to the peoples of Northern Europe, although their complexions are still particular to those parts of Eastern Asia.

Frankly, I'm not even 100% sure about the testosterone part, that could easily be chalked up to culture, and is just something I read that made sense from anecdotal experience.
