Schizoids are often plagued by strong anhedonia and a general lack of motivation. So while some schizoids are able to observe the world around them and be more resistant to conventional distractions, many simply don't give a fuck about much at all. However, those who are able to motivate themselves may have a general advantage to achieve any self-goals they have. I personally display many of these symptoms, but I wouldn't consider myself a full-blown schizoid, and I'm certainly not going to diagnose myself. Considering the degree to which schizoids feel disconnected from the world and actively abstain from taking part in it, you can argue that they do demonstrate qualities of the ubermensch.

Schizoids are basically extremely weird form the perspective of others. They are not just unwilling to maintain relationships, they are incapable. They may be in a group of people, not say a word for the whole evening and then just suddenly leave, for example.

I've never bothered doing one of those personality tests. The only two things I really pass from OP's image is that I do enjoy some activities, but very few, and I'm not afraid of sexual relations. I don't have any problems making friends or getting along with people, I just find it mentally taxing, so I don't have any close friends at all. I don't actively associate with any of my family. Been in a relationship for 13 years, but we're not married and I can honestly say I care about her as a person, but I don't truly love her. The only person on this planet I have true love for is my 16 year old daughter (fuck off, pedos) from a previous relationship.

No you don't sound like you have much of a grasp on what SPD is, crack open a book on it you'll understand it certainly isn't an enviable position. I was diagnosed with SPD six years ago, but grew out of it thanks to years of hard work in therapy. Actually have friends now, before I would awkwardly freeze up when coworkers merely asked me how my weekend was because that was too personal for me. The self isolation was a prison, I was terrified of people deep down yet had no connection with my emotions at all. From other people's perspective I didn't come across as anxious but cold and indifferent, unless I was following some learned social script that I'd merely go through the motions of for the sake of more efficiently gliding through the necesssities of social interation. There was no means of genuine connection available whatever, I might as well have been an alien. Anedonia isn't pleasant, an inability to connect with others isn't pleasant.

For awhile I did imagine there were advantages to it by dressing up the condition in a gradiose way as being above NPCs and not needing them (and thus having more freedom), but that was just a delusional way of coping because there seemed to be no other option for me. Schizoids can carve out meaning and keep themselves entertained of course because they have rich inner lives, but they are still only experiencing a small slice of the human experience.

I'm pretty schizoid and I don't have any friends or a girlfriend and I honestly don't care that much. But lately I've been longing to get a qt3.14 virgin girl and start a family one day. Probably the only thing that keeps me going through this shitshow.
