Capital accumulation will always happen within capitalism. If not the current families then the 2nd best families will take over and own a similar level of infrastructure. The gulags and political tyrany of the soviet union were never part of the communist doctrine. Nowhere in Das Kapital does it suggest doing that. Just read the book and make your own conclusions.
