"Working" for 24 hours aka sitting on my ass in office with fast Wi-Fi my laptop and 50" TV used for monitoring on which I can watch movies. This is the biggest problem in Poland. Complete lack of will to change. Instead of getting rid of ZUS that is suffocating small companies we are now taxing everyone even more to buy votes. Companies should only pay percentage of what they earn in taxes, not a huge flat tax every month. It blows my mind how strict our road laws are and police and at the same time we have roads as dangerous as russia. You have to work almost two hours to buy a toothpaste.
as a swede with friends who moved there and polish friends and co-workers, I can tell you poland seems and sounds way nicer than this country, despite us making more money.
