There's nothing "new" about the migrant crisis.. or as I call it, the road trippers. In a war zone, people want to flee, it's natural and sane. Refugee camps are setup AT THE BORDER of the country in which the war is raging. Tents, makeshift facilities, food distribution centres, medical, etc., etc. Donations from foreign countries are funnelled to these camps in a straight forward, logical, and efficient manner. This isn't some "brain wave," it's how they have done it forever.
The difference now is that the globalist elites IN EUROPE have decided that they would like to take these so called refugees and in some sort of suicidal bout of altruism, give them citizenship in their countries because they think it's the only way they can salvage their bloated, corrupt, and financially ruinous welfare state economic models. I would also suggest that those country receiving refugee hold them in "camps" till their refugee claim is settled. Make them do chores to keep the camp working properly so they are as self sustained as possible. It would also make it easier to round up the ones that need to be deported.

Personally I think that any migrant that comes to an EU country gets one chance. If they break the law then they get sent back. I honestly don't get how that hasn't been implemented already.
