No. Literally every subject matter expert on Bloomberg (yes THAT Bloomberg) states that the economy is doing better as a direct result of what President Trump has done.
Charts and statistics can be tweeked and fucked with. Cold hard facts cannot. The one fact that the experts attribute to Trump is not that he has actually done anything, he has made people who invest feel confident. That is it. People feel confident the economy is getting better from "America First" being the policy and in some ways the things Trump has implemented has helped. However the largest factor in charging an economy is FAITH in that government.
I have been investing for a while now. I have seen shit companies have their stock prices soar for nothing more than a silly quip on twitter from the CEO. I have seen companies breaking records with quarterly profits have their stock prices drop for nothing beyond a rumor.
The President of the United States said "Make AMERICA great again" and that was all it really took to make it so.

His tariffs have caused company's to bring production back to the US. Also the tax break means we are getting more of our paychecks into our bank accounts. They are also twenty times more likely to be caught in other crimes such as burglary and 150 times more likely to get a DUI than any other group. The President specified "illegal immigrants." the media spouts "Mexicans." Because, an illegal immigrant couldn't possibly be from Columbia, Chile, Panama, Brazil or China.

Unemployment rates have been basically falling at the same rate since 2008. Seems like Trump took over something that was already working.

Obama got into office after Bush took measures to fix the economy. Obama did literally nothing other than inherit a patched up economy at the bottom of its downswing that was beginning to crawl its way back up. If Obama managed to make the economy worse over his tenure it would have been an achievement. The economy getting better after 2008 would have happened no matter who got elected.

In Obama's economy, their statistics showed that unemployment was going down not because people were getting jobs, but because the obama admin never counted people who dropped out of the workforce due to lost hope.

His job creation was purely part-time and contract. The part-time jobs were once full-time, but due to the mandates placed upon companies, it was cheaper to make everyone part time and pay the penalty than healthcare premiums for full-time workers. They also considered contracts full time and added them to the job creation count.
