It is more than just that. To go through it means they cannot accept their body for what it is. It is part of life. It is one thing to be horrendously ugly or disfigured, it is another to not be in that range and want to change your body through hormones and surgery. It is understandable to either want to shed weight or to gain muscle, that shows respect for your body and your health, what trannies do utterly disrespects their body and once the final operation is done there is no going back.
It also raises the question if they don't feel comfortable in their body and have to physically and radically change it as they do then when is the stopping point?
