My brother dated a single mother who had a white kid, she's already had 1 of his kids now. They're happily married too. If you're going to date a single mother, you have to let her know that she's going to have to be impregnated within the first 3 months of dating or it's not going to work out.

As long as the kid is white, young enough so that he/she could recognize me as their father, and if the mother would give me at least 4-5 more children to offset the balance
My biggest hangup with single mothers is the guy still being a part of her life. You're basically sharing your wife with some deadbeat, and get feelings for him will never die because she's around him and his progeny all the time.

I would specifically look for single mothers who have 'lost' their husband in a car accident or like cancer or something only if something similar happened to me (lost my wife to cancer or smth) other than that, I wouldn't pursue single mothers who are single due to divorce or cheating unless it is for a quick pump and dump.

If I loved her and she loved me and the son wasn't interacial. And if he respected me/ was a baby or toddler and the father didn't care for him.
