I am a white immigrant for example, from Russia, and I lived here illegally for a year before I got my greencard, and eventually citizenship. When you immigrate to another country, you establish a new home there. It's impossible & very unethical to deport these immigrants that Europe and America are currently dealing with.
Sure, you could stop the flood of immigration, but the brown people that already live in those countries wouldn't just "disappear" What do you think they will do? Just like in Latin America, they will mix into the general population & everyone (or almost everyone) in Europe will become some shade of brown. The difference is that when European immigrants are introduced to America, their practicalities and morals are virtually the same, because when America was colonized by the Brits they formulated a system purely from their ideology, which stems back to European culture. The Europeans are more than capable of blending in with our policies and guidelines; people from, say, Asia have much different ways of life due to their upbringing and have been exposed to their media forever. Attempting to combust the two will inevitably create a greater disharmony and clashing of the two cultures, as one side wants to not permit a certain behavior that is commonplace from the Asian person's homeland. And because of the disagreements between the two cultures, one might not just "put up with out guidelines"; they might try to over-ride us in order to get what they want. The thing is, these people live in OUR culture, they are under OUR rules, so they are expected to ABIDE by them. The rules we set up were based on morale and reason, but freedom under certain limitations.
