Mate I literally watched a teardown of the xs. They claim it has sapphire screen, its still gorilla glass, they removed the fingerprint scanner, the resolution is less than the s8 from like last year and the processor speeds benchmark matches a 2016 android phone.
On top of that, to replace the back of the phone at their repair centre it costs 599 quid and the dongle for a headphone port costs £40 compared to an android at like £10.
