Is there a legitimate way to increase your IQ?

Actually it is. I would like to find a way to legitimately increase my overall intelligence to be more effective while engaging leftists/liberals in debates on social media. We all know Ashkenazis, on average, possess a higher IQ then the rest of the populace. How can I (or you) stimulate our brains' functionality so we can compete on a more even playing field? What kinds of foods should we eat? What about meditation? A certain type of exercise? Please help this brainlet out, Jow Forums. I just want to have a fighting chance.

Math problems of any kind, memory games, try to memorize shit, etc.

Also read books, lots of books, but not just any kind of books.
Get books that stimulate the mind and make you think, not garbage police novels or love stories.
Also learn an instrument, preferably the piano.

It's possible to slightly increase your digit span through practice which would plausibly slightly increase your IQ.

What is IQ anyways, how is it determined? Is it because your brain is more powerful than others or is it a mix of genetics and circumstance and enviorement? I was tested at the local university when I was in elementary school and scored 136ish.. So top 2%-ish of the population. The tag line for my range is a total back handed compliment of low range of the intellectually superior.

You really only notice a difference when dealing with stupid people and even then it's really tough to know if they are just low IQ, poorly educated, white trash, average nigger or just some sort of combo of who knows what that results in them being dim.

You can boost (or stabilize) cognition by controlling the environmental factor(s). I was going to update the website today, but I baked a cake using powdered coconut sugar and it impaired my cognition.
