I’m dating a foreign national who’s extremely liberal. She’s highly educated as well, and lives in one of America’s deadliest cities and regularly helps out with inner city youths. Despite this, she hasn’t become red pilled.
I try almost daily to convince her of realities and statistics but she ardently defends her beliefs, citing that the problems are based on environments and systematic racism, not on their genetic disposition.
What can I do to red pill her? Everything I’ve attempted to do has failed but she’s prime wife material despite her political beliefs.

Well the fact is that political leanings are correlated with personality traits, they map to the big 5 aspect scale. It means in most cases you're not going to change people because those personality traits are basically fixed with very minor wiggle room for change.
The only thing you can do is present data and the relevant scientific studies, IQ ones are good and how that links to crime.
