The table in this OP are the number of people arrested by race and adjusted for its population size (per 100.000 people).

It's actually impossible to separate each race into Hispanic and non-Hispanic categories with this dataser (i.e. black hispanics, black non-hispanics, white hispanics, white non-hispanics, etc). I've seen many tables with "Hispanic" as separate category from white, black and so on but I've not been able to reproduce these results with the FBI dataset. The FBI only provides a separate Hispanic and Non-Hispanic table, but Non-Hispanic would also include black non-hispanic, which is really useless to determine the real white non-Hispanic crime rate. (See table some posts below to see what it would look like and the solution to determine real beaner crime rate).

you can't really do that since fbi groups it that way, you can try to go case by case separating mexicans and european americans but that'll take you all of time

The solution is using the crime table of another country or using a different dataset. This image is Crime by Nationality (2016) in Spain (in Spanish), although Mexicans with Spanish nationality (also Moroccans and etc) are lumped in "Spanish", it's quite evident that Americans (i.e. Mexicans and South Americans) are at the top of the leaderboard, even worse than Africans. This table also debunks the "cultural" myth, since Mexicans and other South Americans already speak Spanish and are closer to Spanish customs, but they're still worse than Africans when it comes to crime.
I'd like to be able to prove that the anti white hate crimes are actually anti jewish. I know this is the case, but we would have to go through a case by case data set to prove it.
This figure includes Hispanic "whites", if you take Hispanics out of the equation it would be 60% non-Hispanic whites, but this figure ALSO includes North Africans, Arabs and some Indians (Indians can pick either Asian or White). Hence the 56% figure for non-Hispanic non-Arab non-NorthAfrican non-Indian white.
