It's a false dichotomy. This place has at least as much delusion as it does truth. The only true red pill is that there is no absolute red pill to take. EVERYONE is full of shit on something. EVERYONE believes things that aren't true. The best you can do is focus on skills that help you determine what is and isn't true, with the full knowledge that you'll never truly be able to see all things for what they really are. The world is just too complex and you have limited mental resources. You simply can't become knowledgeable on enough subjects.
