Honestly sounds like you are having a mental episode of some sort. Not to be condescending, but try to calm down and relax, even if you experience reality changing, just ignore it, take your meds and wait it out.
Perhaps try to write down your thoughts and situation in a book only you have access to on a daily basis, too keep grounded and sure of what has happened?
