One of the most important facets of the human biology is that it is very adaptable. The problem with anarcho-primativism (and thank you for not using a 1984-esque abbreviation, this makes it confusing for readers) is that even learning about it is self-defeating, in the sense that these things were never "natural" for the human race. Don't think in terms of what is "natural/non-natural" -- that is merely a facet of history which you are being confused by.
In other words, you have to grow up in the world you live in, learn about it, and then read the history written by others in the modern world before making the conclusion that somehow it is bad. It's not bad, no more than a saw is bad, it all depends on how you use it. Build a house or cut down a cherry tree, the saw is neutral to your biological actions.
I think that there is a real danger in the technology creep overriding our sense of who -we- are, and doing things like RFID chip implants, etc. is not good. Things like the 5G networks are not good either because they have potential to harm the human biology. But take something like a blood sugar meter for diabetics... where do you stand on that?

My angle with primitive anarchism is more or less the merit that comes with it. Only the strong or smart or both even have a chance at surviving. I think people should get over the idea that "complexity = superior" as well as "more people = success", neither of these have any remote reason at all to be true.
What comes with having to survive in the wilderness catering almost specifically to your most basic needs cannot be replicated by any form of modern society.
Will you be taken over by people that take advantage of this stance on life? Of course. That is however, irrelevant. And others would agree with you, you can view genes and altruism as an expression of the genes desire to continue its persistence. I'm sure you have seen the NPC meme on here, and that can also be linked to a sort of social-memetic codifying of the concept of genetic action, that is, where the actions taken by most people are a byproduct of their genes rather than because of their "soul/being" -- only in the most select of genes do we see individual expression that does not conform to a group genetic metric.
I believe Hamilton argued much as you did, along the lines that allowing people all of this free access to healthcare and food has resulted in many genes that would normally not be passed on being allowed to propagate. I believe the danger and the destruction of this will be in that eventually if the common genes become selective towards a downward trend for whatever reason, then we will see the mating patterns evolve to where the best genes are -not- selected paradoxically, because they will not be congruent or accepted by the other members of the gene pool.
Or to put it in memespeak: If you get too many NPCs that reproduce and select for more NPCs to be born too quickly, in the past, they would have been dependant upon the PC class, but now, given that they can maintain and run anything a PC creates, they will eventually outbreed the PC class and the PCs will no longer truly exist in any meaningful fashion, or it may come to pass that there is a small elite class of PCs that will self-segregate and begin to enact their desires upon the greater NPC population which would then be little more than cattle/pawns.

I believe that life itself is a byproduct of the basic laws of the universe and that complexity will continue as life is essentially a tool in this sense. It's a way for the basic laws of the universe to achieve more and more combinations, just as elements would mix and create other elements.
My belief that I previously stated has little to do with a fear of weakness that will doom us, but rather it is a moralistic ideal that I've simply chosen. It is a conscious rejection of being the Universe's tool for greater complexity, being "woke" is truly being purposefully primitive.

However, it seems that most of the time this idea comes after someone realizes many truths about our reality and then has this sudden realization: "I must get away from everyone, make no recordings of my knowledge, seek my happiness and be essentially alone."
