Someboday made an assessment of what Linux would cost to redevelop. I don't remember what the sum was, but it was in the billions. No company or group of company is going to put that money on the table and wait a decade to get a Linux replacement. It's cheaper for them to pay some pozzed developers who can deliver better than mediocre code and keep the mill running.

There is OpenBSD that specifically states it is merit based. I don't know if Haiku OS has a CoC.

OSX is based on BSD, so MacOs and other Apple software is safe from Linux.
Android has a modified Linux kernel. I'm not sure how they would be affected if the Linux project imploded. Google, however, has the resources to develop and OS and is actually doing that with Fuchsia. They could easily hire the people to keep Android development running until necessary, if Linux dropped dead.

Apache, nginx are just web servers. They run on top of an OS, like Linux.
