I've had the same experience with other black co-workers as well. Regardless of gender there are always 3 constants that apply to 99.999999% of black people.
1. Laziness regarding doing your job and always trying to get out of doing the hard shit or simply any kind of work altogether.
2. Chattiness and cackling, especially among the women.
3. Constant gossip and bitching about everyone other than themselves, especially towards non-blacks and particularly regarding white people.
Very rarely you get a black co-worker who's good but that's either because he is adopted and raised by whites or he's raised by a no bullshit family with some decent middle class money, not including upper class because most of their kids are little entitled shits who pretend to be oppressed for money.

i thankfully avoided the groid by sheer luck, but we had one in the dorms. he had long dreadlocks and was basically just a complete nigger on a sports scholarship. a good buddy of mine got kicked off campus freshman fuckin year for calling him "predator". he cried to housing and got my buddy removed and basically fucked his life over. and this was 2006. everyone was super sensitive but it's way worse now im sure.
he is going to ruin your life just on account of the fact he's a nigger, but you're bound to let something slip, and then the administration will ruin your life on his behalf

White male with black roommate here. I had a black roommate last year and a different one this year.
The first one was adapted to western life. He paid rent on-time, kept his room tidy, and did his own dishes. The ONLY complaint is that his girlfriend was over like five days a week and they fucked loudly (she was a screamer/laugher) like four times a week.
My current roommate is also black, but he's straight from Africa. He's quiet, he cleans up after himself, and takes out the garbage before I have a chance to. He also dries the sink after doing dishes (legend IMO).
No complaints so far.
