In essence, it states the reason you hate humans is because you've been trained to address subhumans (the vast majority) as humans. Humans hardly exist, and you don't know them.
It calls for a very large genocide, and the harvesting of genetically promising subhumans to be used as forcible breedslaves (the children of whom can be adopted, since there is nothing wrong with adoption in a highly cohesive and unified society), but we have lots of people we just don't want anyway.
