The drawing line between Millennials and Zoomers is a complicated one. I honestly think people born between 1994 and 1999 are their own little generation because they were born between the transitional phase of two extraordinarily different generations. It's probably why people born in those years are more likely to kill themselves and suffer from constant identity issues.

I'd say being able to remember before Youtube and Myspace would determine if someone had a digital upbringing. 1996ers and 1997ers would be the last ones to have a solid grasp of the 'old world'.
