Liberals are Destroying Female Internships

No sane man will ever give an internship to a female going forward. With all the false accusations being levied at Brett Kavanaugh, there is no reason to jeopardize one's own position by hiring a female.
Liberals were making jokes about Mike Pence and his rule to never being alone with any female ever. Seems like every man going forward will live by the Mike Pence rule to protect themselves.

We have a few female apprentices right now in our union hall...they were our diversity hire, because a woman is better then a nigger any day of the week....A nigger is impossible to get rid of, and they are usually terrible at their craftsmanship. The women usually figure out by the 4th year of the apprenticeship that hard work is not for them. I was given one last year, and I used her to carry 6-8" fittings up 3 flights of stairs from outdoors. Wednesday afternoon I laid her off. I told the boss that I will have no part in having my career and family ruined because I brushed up against some bitch while moving in a cramped crawlspace. He and I discussed how uncomfortable she made me feel, as even 2 people on 2 ladders trying to do work can and do come in contact. I have no trouble dragging up and finding another job because I am a journeyman with certifications. She was just an apprentice with no real skills. It was apparent that others had treated her the same. Not a dumb person at all, but not someone I would work around.

My trade is learned, and the teachers are the tradesmen who have many years in. IF you don't learn it from us, you need to go to school for it. What you learn in a classroom will not prepare you for what reality is. If we stop training them, they will have no choice but to leave. An apprentice is just a slave to me. The good ones are independent, trustworthy, and have critical thinking. A woman plumber/pipefitter needs a foreman to authorize EVERYTHING she is doing. Rerouting a water line a few inches is usually never a problem....but they need to ask before, during and after. You will get the "complex math" on paper and apologies and excuses....They don't grasp that they are empowered to make that decision, and that it will be correct.

It is tiresome. Men and women think differently. I know that Idgaf. I can quit any job, wheel across town and get another same day, same pay or better. I have spent decades in my craft, and I don't have to give away my knowledge. Before #metoo I was open to the idea that they at least deserved a chance to learn, but after I learned that being alone in the same room as one of these women is enough to hang someone. I deserve to be comfortable in my employment, and being afraid of unfounded accusations is a very real thing. You can't #metoo me. In my field they can cry misogyny all they want. Most physically cannot handle it anyway. The few that do make it are usually bull-dykes...I still won't work around them.

I'm at a mostly white university, in science as well. As a white male goy I am in a visible minority. They really do have a stranglehold on higher ed. I'm not sure it makes a difference because higher ed exists exclusively for women to be brainwashed into useful idiots and outearn men. The few male students I see here have a crushed and hopelessly lost look in their eyes. If we could repeal Title IX and defund public universities it might light a fire in men to continue their education again.
