I've always noticed that Muslims will condemn X but not Y when it comes to terrorism. They may condemn ISIS but not Hamas, or they condemn Hamas but not AL Queda. They just take the terrorists with different views of their religion and condemn them while justifying the ones that share their views.
The doctrine doesn't have any significance if it isn't followed. Here is what is observable: 1. there is a diverse group of people all over the world who create dysfunctional societies with low standards of living, and bring these troubles to the countries they invade. 2.
