I live in a white people town, so when we got the first burger king within 60 miles, I had and Angry Wopper....Since then they have taken that item off the menu, and asking about it only makes them mad (go figure). It was made by white people, and it was the best looking sandwich I have ever gotten at fast food. I haven't been back, and won't be until they bring it back.

Yessir. Mayo, lettuce, sauteed onions & mushrooms. I make a bag out of foil for the grill and put the mushrooms and onions in it with some light vinegar and a bit of water. Cook them on the top rack of the grill with your baked potatoes, and it will steam/caramelize in about 30-40 minutes depending on heat. I run low heat over a mix of charcoal, hickory and mesquite. I love doing my part for the carbon footprint....Pic related.

I just make mine by hand, and no matter how flat I make them, they still get fat in the middle. I don't mind....They stay slightly pink in the middle. They eat just fine.

I mean, light pink is done if you appreciate medium. I can tell from poking at them the degree of doneness, and I think it could be a good way for someone who can't tell the color to make an assessment.
