Inflated social programs that create a need for absurd taxes. That already kills most of the economic growth of the country, but that mixed with the fact that we incredibly harsh laws against business owners makes it so only big companies are able to operate legally paying all the taxes. So new entrepreneurs are fucked i they try to open their own shit.
And the thing that actually destroys any chance that we might prosper besides all theses setback is the fact that those billions of "Reais" that were supposed to go into infrastructure and social programs don't, most of it gets into the pockets of those involved with said programs instead of being spent as they were meant to. So now we have horrible infrastructure AND high taxes.
