I can get alcohol 20 hours out of the day from non-alcoholic to 18% "bum wine" mostly at my local corner store, gas station or if I want really good liquor I can go to a state licensed liquor store or I could brew it at home or make moon shine.

No, we like our beer cold and carbonated, not warm and flat. The biggest size you'll see in the US is 40oz, and that's reserved for only the shittiest of beers and malt liquors and are drank mostly by homless, poor people, and niggers.
Even most poor whites would prefer to buy a case of cans or a pack of glass bottles, since the beer will still cold and will not go flat between drinks.

Theyve been called 40's here forever. Its a little over one liter.
Also, Im sure some exists but I havent seen any alcohol at all be in plastic bottles where I live. Even hobo wine and 40's are in glass.

Wrong. You can buy beer in 5 liter steel drums, pre-carbonated. You also have your regular sized of kegs. I picked up a 1/2 keg of leftover "Christmas Ale" in July for only $55. Told the boys it was "Freedom Ale", kek
