Not at all, turkish and farsi are nothing like Arabic. Their culture has remained relatively unscathed as well, especially for Turks. If anything, they even took Islam away from semites and made it universal. Afaik the only "Aryans" that became more like semites were pakis but nobody likes them anyways.

One of the best Arabic linguists was also Persian and by the name of Sibawayh. Arabic language was so poorly structured that a Persian had to fix it.
