Lots of transients. I'd anticipate that there would be a sizeable market for mobile homes or campervans. This is kinda happening with increasing rent costs, which is making renting or buying prohibitive as well.

Landlord here and I enjoy turning away wagecucks because they aren't section 8. I make +40% market value on my rent and the government will come in and repair any damages the tenant may cause, sometimes repairing more than the damage done.
