House prices might actually be reasonable. The majority of homes in my area rented or split then rented. And they are owned by a handful of people.

If any thing the heeb land lords will be kvetching and this is worth it. Ban house renting. It brings down neighborhoods with low quality tenants compared to some one who can buy a home.

I think the prices the hospitals and insurance companies need to be looked into and adjusted back to reality.

Lots of transients. I'd anticipate that there would be a sizeable market for mobile homes or campervans. This is kinda happening with increasing rent costs, which is making renting or buying prohibitive as well.

Landlord here and I enjoy turning away wagecucks because they aren't section 8. I make +40% market value on my rent and the government will come in and repair any damages the tenant may cause, sometimes repairing more than the damage done. Wagecucks will NEVER afford a place to live. MuwHahahahahaha
