They drive around uninsured under the influence of "medicine", and on two occasions have struck my car. Once while I was stopped at a Stop sign. Couple years ago was working on a mineral exploration job up north, we were paying these destitute chugs really well ($275 or $300/day, can't remember) to follow us around in the bush, carrying samples while smoking as much dope as they wanted. One of our helpers got a bunch of kids to break into our cabins while we were supposed to be away at the next town having thanksgiving dinner at a lodge.
