Absolutely not, there is only one kind of diversity that is good and that is diversity of intellectual thought. It is a good idea to tackle problems that require inventiveness from a variety of different angles. Any other kind of diversity just leads to conflict, which is at first verbal, and then violent. If you support free speech and civil discussion and then import a large number of people who don't, they are just going to coerce their views into the mainstream through violence.

If you had only white people or only Asians, or only Arabs, then your entire country would be a single color with one car, one type of food, one kind of shoe, and one movie. Just like Japan, they only have one type of Sushi role, Terrible food there.
